Rooms

*The studios (double rooms) are 11 with an area from 45 to 50 sq. metres, consisting of a room with a bed and upholstered furniture, kitchenette with bar counter and stools, bathroom with shower-cabin and hair-drier, terrace. They are fitted for 2 people but there is an option for third one on an extra bed.

*The one-bedroom apartments are 18 with an area between 65-70 sq. metres, consisting of a bedroom, living room with dining area and kitchenette, luxury bathroom with bathtub or shower-cabin and hair-drier. They are fitted for 4 people but there is an option for 5-th one on an extra bed.

*The two-bedroom apartments are 20 with an area between 95 and 120 sq. metres, consisting of a bedroom, room with two beds, living room with dining area and kitchenette with bar-counter and stools, one or two bathrooms with hydro-massage bathtub, bathtub or shower-cabin and hair-drier. They are fitted for 6 people but there is an option for 7-th one on an extra bed.

Amenities

*The hotel can offer baby cribs, children’s stools etc. Their professional chambermaids clean, tidy and supply consumables and requisites every day so the apartments can be always clean, tidy and fresh.

*Linen and towels are changed every two days.

*The hotel provides underground parking area for 20 vehicles, outdoor guarded parking area, lobby bar and kindergarten.

*The four-star luxury, which you can sense everywhere around, is to full extent characteristic for the conference and seminar hall with the business centre provided with up-to-date equipment.

*In CASA DI MARE Restaurant, which is within meters from the central lobby of the hotel, you can taste a 2kg lobster or enjoy the special fish and seafood menu, which includes a variety of delicacies and specialties, prepared from selected recipes. You can choose your favourite drink from the rich selection of over 120 white and red wines, or from the refined bar, which offers only branded cigars.

The Grand Montana was built at the end of 2006 in a style which is a mixture of typical Bulgarian architecture and Alpine look, which implies its own impressive character when it comes to interior and offered services. The complex of apartments has 144 main beds, distributed in 50 double rooms (studios), one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments and 1 Presidential apartment (three levels included) with luxury furniture made of natural wood and interesting interior.
