Moxy Tbilisi is the first Moxy Hotel in the beautiful country of Georgia. Situated on grounds once destined to be a metro station, now the city youngsters and fun hunters gather for a drink in the roomy, light, locally designed lobby, bobbing their heads to the tunes of resident DJs.

The surrounding area makes for a perfect spot to start exploring Tbilisi. Saarbrücken Square, where the hotel sits, is close to one of the most famous streets: Agmashenebeli Avenue. It’s known for the 19th century buildings that nowadays house charming shops, nice restaurants and vibrant wine bars. Not strange, as Georgian wine is of excellent quality.

After a couple of glasses, you might have the urge to hit the dance floor. Tbilisi likes a party and one of the more purist clubs to emerge in recent years has been Bassiani.
