* Topkapi Suite Room : Entering the iron framed wooden door, a nice court welcomes you. Pleasant travertine stairs take you to the platform on the first floor where a wooden door hides the treasure of the Topkap� suite. The suite is 41 sqm. (441 sq. feet) with a 255 cm. (100 inch) ceiling where and old chandelier illuminates the room. There are 3 wooden framed windows facing the court and the calm street. The Sphendone ruins which gave the name to this villa are on the right of one of the windows.

* The bathroom is approximately 8 sqms. (85 sq.feet) decorated by ceramic and marble floor with a semi round 190 cm.jacuzzi ,bathrobes and cotton towels, deluxe bath set , hair drier, scales, and classic brass taps add to the luxury.

* There is a large hand-made Milas carpet on the hardwood floor of this suite. A walnut chest functions as luggage rack and safe cover.There is a 110 year old make up table with a Vienna style cupboard a full-length mirror, a classic beiger armchair also an armchair functioning as an additional bed. A museum-like atmosphere is created with the classical and elegant furniture.

* 82 cm.(32 inch) LCD TV with satellite system brings a hundred channels to your room. The twin beds are viscotype, hypo-allergic, anti-bacterial and can be use as king size bed which is decorated by dome-like iron-brass bars supported by 4 pillars on each corner.

* The nature-friendly remote controlled a/c has a dual system. Adjustable central heating is also active in the winter. The electronic safe can be locked either by your credit card or your key code. The minibar is filled with soft drinks and spirits. There are tea and coffee available for you.There is a smoke detector although this is a non-smoking room.

* Hagia Sophia Suit Room : After entering the courtyard, the Hagia Sophia suite is reached through a wooden door on your left. This beautiful room is located at the ground level of the building and faces the historic Sphendone walls. A wood framed window faces the calm street. The Hagia Sophia suite is 33.5 sq.m.(360 sq.feet) including the 6 sq.meter bathroom. The marble decorated bathroom contains a 195 cm. (77 inch) large tub with jacuzzi , a hair dryer, a digital scale, and the luxurious bath amenities all add up to a unique air.

* Approximately 60-70 year old walnut wooden trousseau chest functions as the cover of the safe as well as your luggage stand. There are hand made Turkish carpets on the merbau wood floor. The traditional Edirne (the second capital of the Ottoman Empire) style mirror with its wooden frame and hand-painted shutters are beside this hundred-year old wooden wardrobe with full-length mirror, an antique brass chandelier, several small stands, and beiger-style velvet armchairs add to the mystical atmosphere of the suite.

* Sultanahmet Suite Room :

* Through the main entrance, stairs lead you to the first floor. You enter the suite through the 65 sq.feet platform balcony facing the garden. The suite is 35.5 sqm.(382 sq.feet) with 2.55 mt.(100inches) provide a spacious atmosphere The terrace balcony is the ideal place to relax after a tiring day at the city. There are two wooden framed windows facing the winter garden and the main court and street.

* The Sultanahmet suite is tastefully decorated with handmade Turkish carpets on the merbau wood parquet, the traditional Edirne (the second capital of the Ottoman empire) style mirror with wooden frame and shutters, a 100 year old wooden wardrobe, a full-length mirror, an antique brass chandelier, several stands and beiger style armchairs create an authentic Ottoman style.

* The bathroom is almost 7.7 sq.meters (83 sq.feet), containing a large (1.95 mt.) tub with Jacuzzi. It is tastefully decorated with marble travertine. It contains deluxe bath amenities such as bathrobes ,cotton towels, a digital scale, slippers, and a hair drier.

Villa Sphendone Hotel is located on a stylish old Turkish street reflecting the traditional taste of local culture. The hotel building consists of two floors and 4 rooms furnished in the 19th century Turkish style in which traditional taste and Western influence achieved a delightful harmony.

Two floors from the front street and 3 floors from the back garden, completely renovated in 2005 and converted to a Villa hotel with only 4 specious suite rooms in 2008.
