Recipes are provided for your keeping and the group enjoys a delicious meal of their own creation in the rooftop restaurant at the end of the session. Come with your own group or meet new people in the class. The class size, ranging from 4 to 10, allows for each person to actively participate in the food preparation.

Constructed as a mansion in 1915, the historical building of Sarnic Hotel was transformed into a hotel sticking to its original form and has been serving as a hotel since 1999. The hotel is named after the Byzantine cistern just behind the hotel that was built in the 5th century.
